What you will do

• Build and improve ML models specifically for computer vision tasks.
• Manage the full ML lifecycle: data collection, preparation, training, testing, and iterative improvement.
• Address standard problems (segmentation, detection, classification) and complex challenges involving Diffusion Models, LLMs, and VLMs.
• Develop fast prototypes and transition successful R&D results into production features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into the final product.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional ML experience, including 2+ years in computer vision.
• Strong proficiency in Python and PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with object detection, segmentation, or generative networks.
• Ability to read and implement academic innovations from conferences like CVPR, NeurIPS, and ICCV.
• Experience optimizing models for local inference (CPU, GPU, NPU) via quantization and pruning.
• Ability to work independently within an R&D cycle and handle large datasets.

Nice to have

• PhD or a background in research with published papers.
• Experience fine-tuning foundational models (LLMs, VLMs) or diffusion models for image generation.
• Knowledge of classical image processing techniques.
• Experience with inference frameworks like ONNX Runtime, OpenVINO, or Core ML.
• Strong C++ skills comparable to Python proficiency.
