Instrumentation Maintenance Technician

TL;DR

Instrumentation Maintenance Technician (Calibration & Maintenance): Perform corrective and preventive maintenance and calibrations of instrumentation products, mainly at customer facilities, with an accent on accurate service execution, documentation, and customer-oriented technical support. Focus on resolving customer requests, analyzing issues, and feeding back optimization opportunities to improve products and the service business.

What you will do

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance and carry out calibrations according to guidelines.
• Document completed services (protocols and reports).
• Provide user support and analyze customer requests to resolve technical issues.
• Collect feedback on optimization and improvement opportunities for products and services.
• Prepare and support service activities to drive customer satisfaction and service business growth.

Requirements

• Technical training in electricity, electronics, or mechanics; engineering studies valued but not required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar maintenance/instrumentation role.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• English: B2 required.
• Organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to solve technical problems.
• Driving license and own vehicle; availability to travel.
