What you will do

• Manage testing across all phases including ITC, RT, and UAT to ensure execution quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional test activities involving IT, business units, and global participants.
• Implement and enforce standardized test strategies and management methodologies.
• Own the end-to-end test planning, scheduling, and execution processes.
• Monitor test progress, coverage, and quality, providing regular reports to key stakeholders.
• Drive the defect management process, including tracking, prioritization, and resolution follow-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional certification.
• Proven experience in IT software test management within large-scale projects.
• English: Very good proficiency required.
• Strong communication, analytical, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player in an international environment.

Nice to have
