What you will do

• Ensure personnel effectiveness and alignment with strategic business goals.
• Manage end-to-end staffing processes, including onboarding and probation management.
• Foster high levels of employee engagement, retention, and commitment.
• Implement and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance across global teams.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to improve manager and employee satisfaction.
• Drive succession planning and performance evaluation initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in an HR BP or HRD role within an international digital or product company.
• Must be fluent in both Russian and English.
• Proven experience in managing payroll budgets, turnover, and HR analytics.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work in high-pressure, multitasking environments.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on data, facts, and measurable results.
• Ability to implement full-cycle HR processes from hiring to termination.
