What you will do

• Own features end-to-end, from problem framing to shipping and measuring impact.
• Build with an AI-first mindset, integrating tools like Cursor and Copilot into the development workflow.
• Instrument features using tracking tools like Amplitude, Segment, and PostHog to measure success.
• Run A/B tests to iterate on activation and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Backend Engineering.
• Set the technical bar for clean, well-tested React code and mentor team members.
