What you will do

• Maintain and develop the hirify.global AI Agents platform using TypeScript and React.
• Proactively suggest and implement improvements to codebase, architecture, CI/CD, and deployment.
• Develop modular and scalable architecture solutions for both new and existing components.
• Build user-friendly frontend applications for conversation design and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, AI/ML Engineers, and Backend developers to deliver stable features.
• Experiment with new tools to improve UX and reduce code complexity.

Requirements

• Expertise in Web Standards and the inner workings of browsers and the internet.
• Excellent programming skills in TypeScript and React (or similar tools like Angular or Vue).
• Strong commitment to testing culture and regular practice of writing tests.
• Ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks with realistic solutions.
• High proficiency in English.
• Must be located in Berlin, Krakow, or Lisbon for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Experience with server-side development, infrastructure, and micro-frontends.
