What you will do

• Architect and build intuitive UIs using React and TypeScript to turn massive observability data into actionable insights.
• Co-own frontend architecture including component design, state management, and performance optimization for large datasets.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to champion user experience in product decisions.
• Ship production code immediately and deliver significant user-facing features within three months.
• Leverage AI and agentic tools to accelerate development while applying technical judgment.
• Mentor engineers and drive best practices like Tailwind CSS and testing frameworks.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with complex, data-intensive React and TypeScript applications.
• Strong knowledge of charting and data visualization libraries like Recharts or D3.
• Deep familiarity with modern frontend practices, component architecture, and state management.
• Experience with testing frameworks and writing well-tested code.
• Comfort consuming RESTful APIs and collaborating with backend teams.
• Working knowledge of server-side development.

Nice to have

• Experience with observability, monitoring, or developer tooling products.
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry or cloud-native technologies.
