What you will do

• Calculate and review service fees and intercompany charges across group entities.
• Execute intercompany billing and maintain the transfer pricing manual.
• Analyze transfer pricing models and allocation keys to ensure transparency and compliance.
• Support stakeholders in Tax and Financial Reporting with analytical data.
• Contribute to process improvements and develop new reporting solutions.
• Assist with additional tasks within the Financial Accounting Services team.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
• Fluent in German and English (C1 level).
• Solid background in finance, accounting, or controlling with an understanding of cost structures.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Heidelberg office on a hybrid basis.

Nice to have

• Initial exposure to transfer pricing or taxation.
• Experience working with external audit partners.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Experience with databases, Access, or other data analytics tools.
