IT Security Architect

Location: Belgrade, Serbia (Hybrid work model with flexibility to work from home).

What you will do

• Establish and drive security governance across IT operations and projects.
• Review architectures and technical designs from a security perspective.
• Manage and assess IT security risks, ensuring effective mitigation.
• Provide security approvals and exceptions for non-standard solutions.
• Lead and coordinate IT-related audits such as ISO 27001.
• Ensure security-by-design principles are embedded throughout the IT landscape.

Requirements

• English proficiency: All application documents must be submitted in English.
• Solid experience in IT security, architecture, or governance.
• Broad understanding of IT infrastructure, IAM, and application environments.
• Familiarity with security standards like ISO 27001 and risk management concepts.
• Ability to constructively challenge technical solutions and communicate with stakeholders.
• Pragmatic decision-making skills regarding IT risks.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
