Senior Cybersecurity Engineer (IAM/DevOps)

Location: Belgrade, Serbia (onsite/hybrid); remote is not available

What you will do

• Design and deliver improvements to IAM platform components, specifically Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Graph.
• Build and operate IAM automation, APIs, and workflows using CI/CD, Git-based change, and Infrastructure as Code on AWS.
• Develop identity governance and lifecycle workflows, including access requests, approvals, and provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Support application onboarding through standard SSO and provisioning patterns (SAML, OIDC, SCIM).
• Improve observability, alerting, and drift detection to enhance IAM platform health and diagnostics.
• Participate in an incident on-call rotation and collaborate with HR, IT, and SOC teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IAM, identity platform engineering, or cybersecurity engineering.
• Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Graph in enterprise environments.
• Ability to build automation using Python, PowerShell, or Go and deliver via Terraform or CloudFormation on AWS.
• Practical knowledge of SSO/federation (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), SCIM, and Zero Trust patterns.
• Experience supporting production-critical systems through monitoring, incident response, and recovery planning.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite/hybrid in Belgrade, Serbia.

Nice to have

• Experience with policy-as-code (e.g., OPA/Rego) or tenant hygiene automation.
• Advanced AWS/SRE experience with serverless (Lambda), containers (Kubernetes, ECS), and EventBridge.
• Software engineering depth in testing, versioning, and typed interfaces for internal tools.
• Expertise in non-human identity, workload identity federation, mTLS/X.509, and vault-backed secrets management.
