What you will do

• Lead the OSS target architecture workstream and define future capability models.
• Assess legacy OSS components and clarify OSS/BSS boundaries.
• Define integration principles, architecture patterns, and transition strategies.
• Support architecture workshops and contribute to technical tender-readiness packages.
• Ensure vendor-neutral architecture design using TM Forum frameworks.
• Present target architecture and roadmaps to client stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in telecom OSS architecture.
• Proven experience with OSS transformation, modernization, or legacy replacement.
• Proficiency in TM Forum frameworks (eTOM, TAM, ODA, TMF Open APIs).
• English: B2+ required.
• German: B2+ required.
• Ability to work vendor-neutrally and communicate complex architecture to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with regional telecom, cable, or fiber operators.
• Knowledge of Open Access Networks, MVNO integration, or inventory systems.
• Experience with integration platforms, middleware, or API-led architecture.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based operational processes.
