Technology Architect (Virtualization): Design and implementation of a SUSE-based virtualization platform using KVM for SAP workloads with an accent on Infrastructure as Code and automation. Focus on building reusable Terraform and Ansible modules, integrating CI/CD pipelines, and maintaining a comprehensive architecture for compute, storage, and network layers.

Location: Košice, Slovakia. Remote working possibility is only available within Slovakia.

Salary: Base salary starting from €2,050 / month (brutto)

What you will do

• Design and implement a SUSE-based virtualization platform using KVM as the hypervisor.
• Optimize the platform for SAP workloads, ensuring sizing, high availability, and performance.
• Standardize Infrastructure as Code using Terraform for provisioning and Ansible for configuration.
• Build reusable automation modules and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate platform workflows with ServiceNow to enable automated request, change, and incident handling.
• Maintain detailed architecture documentation covering compute, storage, network, and observability.

Requirements

• Advanced expertise in Virtualization and Data Center Architecture.
• Deep knowledge of Linux and Network Technologies.
• Advanced proficiency with Ansible and Terraform.
• Experience with Grafana and Security Engineering.
• Must be based in Slovakia for remote work eligibility.

Nice to have

• ITIL certification or knowledge.
• Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Intermediate knowledge of Prometheus.
