What you will do

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and outbound shipments in coordination with 3PL providers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations across the warehouse and ASRS 4WS.
• Analyze KPIs to drive improvements in warehouse efficiency and productivity.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting and support for the Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS 4WS), including UAT testing and inventory migration.
• Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or an O-Level/SPM equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis for inventory and performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related technologies.
• Location: Must be based in Woodlands, Singapore.

Nice to have

• Experience with Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) and warehouse automation.
• Familiarity with ERP integration and WMS automation modules.
• Experience with lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with ESD handling and safety/compliance standards.
