What you will do

• Lead technical investigations, root cause analysis, and repair decisions for returned RMA units.
• Manage spare parts planning, demand forecasting, and inventory distribution across the RAP region.
• Govern regional fulfillment processes for replacements and accessories, resolving logistics bottlenecks to meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer Support to drive repair operational objectives.
• Identify and implement AI-powered automation tools to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting effectiveness.
• Analyze operational metrics and develop management reports on inventory utilization and repair performance.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent operational work experience.
• Proven experience in repair operations, technical support, or related operational functions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills to identify root causes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with CRM, inventory, or repair management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Location: Must be based in Singapore
