What you will do

• Own the end-to-end editing process for high-quality, performance-driven video content.
• Produce variations, cut-downs, and hooks optimized for specific audiences and social platforms.
• Apply advanced editing techniques including color grading, sound mixing, and motion graphics.
• Collaborate with creative and growth teams to translate performance insights into effective video assets.
• Transform complex healthcare topics into clear, human-centered visual stories.
• Organize and manage video assets to ensure efficient reuse and scalability for testing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience with a strong social-first portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
• Deep understanding of video performance metrics on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Strong storytelling instincts with a sharp eye for pacing, composition, and detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-informed environment.
• Must be based in London and available for hybrid work.
