What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end editing process for social-first and performance marketing videos, from raw footage to final delivery.
  • Produce optimized video assets for paid channels including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google.
  • Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing, iterating based on performance data and feedback.
  • Stay updated on social platform trends and native formats to ensure content is native to TikTok and Reels.
  • Collaborate on creative concepts for campaigns, brand storytelling, and product-led content.
  • Maintain efficient production workflows and organized asset libraries.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in video editing for social content and performance marketing ads.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools.
  • Strong understanding of hook-led storytelling and platform-specific best practices.
  • Experience collaborating with performance or paid social teams to iterate based on data.
  • Hands-on experience in filming and video production.
  • Must be based in London for on-site work.

Nice to have

  • Ability to create and integrate motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects.
  • Advanced video shooting experience.
  • Deep experience with performance marketing creative strategies.
