What you will do
- Co-develop annual marketing plans, budgets, and channel mixes aligned with business goals and event timelines.
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads to meet CPA/ROAS targets.
- Manage website content via WordPress, implementing SEO/SEM best practices to improve discoverability.
- Own email marketing strategy, including segmentation, automation, and deliverability optimization.
- Develop social media calendars and brief/review creative assets using Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Analyze campaign performance using GA4 and ad dashboards to drive actionable optimizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within B2B events or exhibitions.
- Hands-on proficiency with Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and GA4.
- Experience with Website CMS (WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Proficiency in Chinese (written and spoken) is required.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
Nice to have
- Experience with virtual event platforms such as Zoom or ON24.
- Familiarity with CRM processes, lead scoring, and Salesforce integration.
- Basic data visualization, dashboarding skills, and A/B testing framework experience.
- Experience managing external agencies and negotiating media/creative deliverables.
