What you will do

• Execute daily setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and programmatic channels.
• Implement campaign changes and budget adjustments based on instructions from the Performance Marketing Lead.
• Assist in optimizing CPA, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates through A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and placements.
• Prepare regular performance reports and track key funnel metrics (clicks, leads, registrations, FTD).
• Coordinate with design teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of ad materials.
• Ensure all marketing activities follow internal compliance and promotional guidelines.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in performance marketing/paid ads execution within the financial industry.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and programmatic channels (e.g., Taboola, Criteo).
• Must be based in UAE, Egypt, or Morocco.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels and performance metrics.
• High attention to detail and operational discipline.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with reporting tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, and Salesforce.
