What you will do

• Define and evolve KPIs for AI-driven products including engagement, retention, and user outcomes.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to establish robust measurement frameworks.
• Design, implement, and interpret A/B tests to evaluate AI feature performance.
• Improve product instrumentation and data quality for reliable analytics.
• Develop and maintain dbt models to transform and validate product data.
• Build dashboards to support roadmap planning and executive decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or product-focused analytics.
• Strong SQL skills for querying large-scale datasets.
• Experience defining success metrics for complex or AI-intensive products.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Experience building dbt models and working within modern data stacks.
• Strong understanding of experimentation frameworks and statistical evaluation.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis or modeling.
• Familiarity with observability concepts or ETL orchestration tools like Airflow.
