What you will do

• Design unique, client-specific logos, brand guides, and design systems from scratch.
• Create wireframes and website mockups for both desktop and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with Digital Producers, copywriters, and SEO teams to establish project visions and achieve client goals.
• Develop vector icons and illustrations based on creative briefs.
• Analyze tradeoffs between usability, visual design, accessibility, and performance.
• Prepare clean, organized design files for seamless handoff to developers.

Requirements

• Mastery of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong portfolio showcasing professional website design experience.
• English: C1+ (Excellent written and spoken) for professional client presentations.
• Availability: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with web accessibility requirements.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HTML and CSS and their impact on design limitations.
• Experience designing eCommerce websites or web app dashboards.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Basecamp and Google Docs.
