Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in Madrid office, 2 days remote)

Salary: 31,000€ – 38,000€

What you will do

• Design and build new product acquisition and awareness pages on hirify.global.com and other brand websites.
• Evolve the design of corporate, PR, legal, and campaign sections.
• Contribute to the Web Design System by evolving patterns, components, and criteria.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, and Brand teams to raise the visual and interaction quality bar.
• Experiment with AI-driven workflows and automation to optimize design processes.
• Participate in design reviews and critiques, offering constructive feedback to the team.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the Madrid office (Hybrid: 3 days onsite).
• Strong visual and interaction design skills with a user-centered and data-informed mindset.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS to own work end-to-end from concept to implementation.
• Clear and concise communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to handle the full design process and think critically about your own work.
