What you will do

• Drive mechanical design for AI and HPC server platforms from concept to mass production.
• Plan and conduct thermal experiments to validate simulations and support design decisions.
• Perform hands-on DFA evaluations to identify assembly bottlenecks and optimize designs.
• Execute design verification (DV), root cause analysis, and reliability testing.
• Support system integration, prototype builds, and validation for high-power thermal environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical/thermal design and validation for HPC or server systems.
• Hands-on experience with server hardware assembly and liquid/air-cooling modules.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software, specifically Siemens NX.
• Experience with thermal simulation tools like Icepak or FloTHERM.
• Familiarity with DFM and DFA methodologies.

Nice to have

• Proven experience designing thermal solutions for CPU, GPU, and NPU platforms.
• Hands-on experience with liquid cooling system design and optimization.
• Extensive experience with rack-level system integration and server bring-up.
• Knowledge of airflow optimization in data center environments.
