What you will do

• Integrate cutting-edge AI models into production services and developer toolkits.
• Collaborate with research scientists to build new capabilities into the platform.
• Develop and maintain backend applications and cloud infrastructure.
• Manage the ML lifecycle, including model evaluation and deployment at scale.
• Participate in a wide range of engineering initiatives across the stack.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York, New York, United States
• Expertise in the Python ecosystem and ML libraries like PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow.
• Experience building and deploying models for inference services.
• Proficiency in writing backend services in multiple languages such as Go, Rust, Kotlin, or C++.
• Strong understanding of ML model architecture, training, and evaluation.
• Expertise in cloud storage and compute management on AWS or Google Cloud.

Nice to have

• Experience with data engineering and large-scale data pipelines.
• Familiarity with deploying LLM-integrated products.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and modern deployment strategies like blue/green or canary.
• Background working at the intersection of machine learning research and engineering.
