Senior Solutions Architect

TL;DR

Senior Solutions Architect (Blockchain): Drive adoption of Chainlink products across the capital markets by designing and scoping solutions with an accent on integration architecture, proofs of concept, and technical pre/post-sales delivery. Focus on building reference architectures, responding to RFIs/RFPs/DDQs, and collaborating with engineering and legal to address complex capital markets requirements.

Location: Remote (global); overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST)

What you will do

• Drive successful adoption of Chainlink products in capital markets by partnering with key stakeholders and providing technical expertise through sales and implementation.
• Gather requirements, scope projects, and design innovative solutions leveraging Chainlink products for specific capital markets use cases.
• Contribute to the Chainlink capital markets product strategy with market feedback and technical insights that influence roadmap direction.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to provide feedback on product enhancements, bug fixes, and new feature development.
• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of capital markets trends, challenges, and emerging technologies to position Chainlink effectively.

Requirements

• Technical pre/post-sales experience working with large institutions in capital markets.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain technology and related areas (e.g., DeFi, tokenisation/digital assets, digital identity).
• Hands-on experience with middleware, integration architecture patterns, web services technologies, and APIs.
• Experience building and delivering Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and independently responding to functional and technical proposal elements.
• Ability to independently respond to RFIs, RFPs, and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) covering functional, technical, security, and compliance dimensions.
• Experience building bespoke PoCs and prototype integrations that fit into the customer’s existing technology stack.

Nice to have

• Experience with Solidity, Golang, Rust, JS, Java, Python, or C/C++.
• Experience with networking protocols, private IP environments, cloud infrastructure, and SSL/TLS security implementation.
• Knowledge of capital markets concepts and financial instruments (e.g., corporate actions, PMS/OMS, exchanges, FMIs, clearing houses).
• Experience with permissioned and public blockchains, including oracle/data feed mechanisms and proof-of-reserve systems.
• Experience with digital assets design, tokenised collateral programs, or digital securities issuance in regulated institutions or central banks.
• AWS/Azure/GCP Solutions Architect-level certifications, TOGAF, or similar.
