What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, and competitive positioning to drive technical wins for complex enterprise accounts.
• Design and build proof-of-value (PoV) prototypes and tailored solution architectures that demonstrate ROI.
• Partner with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), systems integrators, and ISVs to execute co-sell initiatives and joint solutions.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams on deal qualification and ensure seamless architectural handoff to Professional Services.
• Contribute to thought leadership by presenting at webinars, industry conferences, and local developer events.

Requirements

• Must be based in the APAC region.
• 7+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, professional services, or customer-facing technical architecture.
• Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven experience influencing C-level executives and technical stakeholders during complex sales cycles.
• Availability for regional travel between 30-40%.

Nice to have

• Deep expertise in hirify.global or other graph database, NoSQL, and relational technologies.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience in highly regulated sectors such as Financial Services, Retail, Government, Security, or Telecommunications.
• Proficiency in Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa, or Thai.
