What you will do

• Establish and maintain complex operational software configuration controls, system interfaces, and system documentation.
• Maintain file servers, firewalls, network access, security monitoring systems, and support operational tests.
• Analyze and troubleshoot system anomalies to ensure optimum equipment performance.
• Review, prepare, and update authorization packages; coordinate technical and cyber security inputs for Bodies of Evidence.
• Identify vulnerabilities and implement countermeasures; ensure systems and network appliances are operated, maintained, and disposed of per security policies.
• Perform VTC system administration, scheduling, configuration, help desk troubleshooting, account administration, patching, and COMSEC account/equipment management.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required
• Clearance required to start: TS/SCI; must be able to attain TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
• 2+ years of related experience; prior experience as System or Network Administrator
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2012R2, Microsoft Exchange Server 2010/2016, and Windows 7/10 administration
• Working knowledge of LAN/WAN, data backup technologies, and COMSEC integration
• IAT Level I or IAM Level I certification within 6 months of hire (e.g., A+, NET+)
