What you will do

• Develop and maintain comprehensive security architectures and network designs for Windows environments.
• Implement and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce organizational security standards.
• Configure and harden Windows Server and workstation systems to meet safety and security requirements.
• Manage Active Directory security configurations, including user/group management and policy enforcement.
• Perform security assessments, vulnerability remediation, and ethical hacking on deliverable systems.
• Provide technical guidance and documentation for customer-facing system deployments.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for government security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6-8+ years of experience administering and securing Microsoft Windows environments.
• Proven expertise in Windows domains, Group Policy, and Active Directory structures.
• Strong hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience integrating third-party software and managing Windows Deployment Services.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or Microsoft security credentials.
• Knowledge of security frameworks like NIST, CIS Benchmarks, or ISO 27001.
• Experience with Hyper-V, Splunk, or RSA Authentication Manager.
• Background in performing security assessments and remediation.
