What you will do

• Lead UX strategy from problem framing through delivery for the diagnostic platform.
• Translate complex clinical and operational requirements into intuitive information architecture and interaction models.
• Design data-dense interfaces including queues, tables, dashboards, and exception management flows.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems, evaluate tradeoffs, and ensure technical feasibility.
• Facilitate workshops and cross-functional alignment sessions to drive clarity across distributed teams.
• Integrate AI tools into the design workflow to accelerate prototyping, synthesis, and documentation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing digital products in enterprise, SaaS, or healthcare environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work, systems thinking, and complex workflow design.
• Deep expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and prototyping.
• Proven ability to collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams.
• Experience designing accessible experiences and supporting design systems.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, or regulated software environments.
• Familiarity with order-to-result, billing, or logistics workflows.
• Experience with GitHub-based design workflows and AI-assisted research synthesis.
