What you will do
- Lead UX strategy from problem framing through delivery for the diagnostic platform.
- Translate complex clinical and operational requirements into intuitive information architecture and interaction models.
- Design data-dense interfaces including queues, tables, dashboards, and exception management flows.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems, evaluate tradeoffs, and ensure technical feasibility.
- Facilitate workshops and cross-functional alignment sessions to drive clarity across distributed teams.
- Integrate AI tools into the design workflow to accelerate prototyping, synthesis, and documentation.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience designing digital products in enterprise, SaaS, or healthcare environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work, systems thinking, and complex workflow design.
- Deep expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and prototyping.
- Proven ability to collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams.
- Experience designing accessible experiences and supporting design systems.
- Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, or regulated software environments.
- Familiarity with order-to-result, billing, or logistics workflows.
- Experience with GitHub-based design workflows and AI-assisted research synthesis.
