UX Designer (Medtech)

What you will do

• Design polished, high-quality interfaces for a professional software platform
• Create interactive prototypes to explore and validate design solutions
• Work closely with engineers to ensure accurate implementation
• Contribute to and evolve the internal design system
• Refine visual language, components, and micro-interactions
• Iterate on design solutions based on user feedback and data

Requirements

• At least two years of experience emphasizing UI design
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
• Strong visual design sensibility and attention to detail
• Background in Design Engineering, IT University, or similar
• Experience designing digital products or platforms in cross-functional agile teams
• Experience and interest in Med-tech or complex technical products

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-driven products or using AI as an aid in prototyping
• UX writing and crafting clear, user-friendly micro copy
• Experience with user testing, usability studies, and validation of design decisions
