What you will do

• Manage insurance program design, claims handling, and annual renewal processes.
• Perform lease vs. buy analysis and manage end-of-lease transitions and vendor relationships.
• Execute treasury security administration and support letters of credit and bonds.
• Complete month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with unclaimed property laws and manage third-party audits.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, brokers, and banks to support financial reporting.

Requirements

• BS Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Accounting experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and recurring deadlines concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
