What you will do

• Recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing Specialist Field Engineering team.
• Define and execute the regional technical go-to-market strategy in partnership with Sales and Product Engineering.
• Act as executive sponsor for strategic and technically complex accounts, guiding customers from concept to production.
• Align capacity management and data center operations with the demands of AI and high-performance workloads.
• Establish KPIs and streamline workflows to ensure rapid issue resolution and exceptional customer experience.
• Channel field feedback into product enhancements and roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years in solutions architecture, field engineering, or cloud services, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in infrastructure frameworks, workload orchestration, performance tuning, and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, networking, security, and enterprise storage systems.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information (U.S. person or eligible for authorization).
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer engagements and industry events.
