What you will do

• Lead a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery, execution, and professional growth.
• Maintain a highly hands-on approach (~80% coding), contributing to system design and architecture.
• Own end-to-end delivery of features from design through production implementation.
• Drive technical excellence through architecture decisions, design reviews, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a multicultural, global environment.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Tel Aviv, Israel (Hybrid)
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• Strong hands-on development background with 80%+ technical involvement.
• Background in AI/ML-driven development and workflows.
• Solid experience with public cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Experience working within global or multicultural teams.
