What you will do

• Manage enterprise customer relationships across implementation, relationship building, insight presentations, and issue and risk management.
• Guide customers through implementations and transitions into production in collaboration with Solution Engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Provide consultative support, resolve integration and production issues, and develop creative solutions for customer requests.
• Define processes and methodologies for scoping enterprise requirements, measuring success, and delivering continuous results.
• Lead data analysis and insight presentations for customers and executive stakeholders.
• Coordinate Product, Delivery, DevOps, Infrastructure, Business Operations, and Customer Success teams to move client projects forward.

Requirements

• Experience at a consulting firm leading customer projects with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project or program management and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical acumen to articulate enterprise capabilities and offerings effectively.
• Experience working with organizations that develop mobile apps and services for enterprise customers.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to distill complex issues.
• Experience resolving issues and risks through cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• MBA or relevant master’s degree in business, technology, or engineering.
• Enterprise or SaaS customer success experience.
• Working knowledge of biometrics or identity software.
