Software Design Consultant (IRT)

Location: Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, United States; travel to client sites is required for meetings and user training.

What you will do

• Design Interactive Response Technology (IRT) solutions for clinical trial randomization and drug supply management.
• Translate clinical protocols, client requirements, and project agreements into complete software specifications.
• Lead internal and client specification reviews and serve as the primary contact for design questions during system development.
• Prepare UAT plans and test scripts, coordinate data setup, and lead client user acceptance testing.
• Support system redesigns, new feature implementation, process improvements, and product feedback based on client needs.
• Provide user support and training, assist with onboarding new staff, and perform continuous project risk assessments.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, consultative, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Analytical and systematic thinking with creative problem-solving ability.
• Ability to understand technical details and translate them for non-technical users.
• Attention to detail; experience in IRT or a related field is preferred.
