What you will do

• Analyze material requirements using MRP systems to maintain availability.
• Create and manage purchase orders and monitor supplier deliveries.
• Process returns and claims for damaged materials using SAP.
• Resolve discrepancies in procurement, delivery, and master data.
• Coordinate material receipts and arrange logistics/warehouse transfers across facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• English: Proficiency in both written and verbal communication required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Location: Must be based in Mindelo or Porto, Portugal.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SAP.
• Previous internship or academic project in procurement or supply chain.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
