What you will do

• Manage purchase order workflows, including supplier follow-up and expediting.
• Run and maintain MRP processes for stock levels, minimum stocks, safety stocks, and reorder points.
• Coordinate with multi-functional teams and external stakeholders to keep procurement and supply planning on track.
• Support operational sites with short travel stays within Portugal.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain and/or procurement roles.
• Background in industrial, engineering, construction, or energy sectors.
• Proven experience in purchase order management, supplier follow-up, and expediting.
• Experience managing MRP processes (stock levels, minimum stocks, safety stocks, reorder points).
• Ability to coordinate with multi-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within Portugal for short stays at operational sites.
