What you will do

• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Falcon's AI-powered detection and response capabilities for enterprise customers.
• Optimize AI-driven threat detection models and tune machine learning algorithms to reduce false positives.
• Develop AI-driven automation playbooks and custom scripting solutions using Falcon APIs.
• Assist customers in interpreting AI-generated alerts and integrating AI capabilities into existing security tools.
• Support Incident Response teams with AI-powered threat hunting and forensic analysis.
• Lead AI skills workshops and create customer-facing technical AI collateral for the professional services team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT deployments or customer-facing technical environments.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts applied to cybersecurity.
• Proficiency with Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Experience with security automation and orchestration platforms.
• Must be a U.S. candidate.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Falcon platform, AV, and EDR solutions.
• Programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages for data analysis and building AI agents.
• Knowledge of SIEM, MSSQL, Splunk, or LogScale.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience with CIS Benchmarks, STIGs, PCI, or HIPAA compliance.
