What you will do

• Lead the design, planning, and execution of large-scale features and technical initiatives.
• Drive technical discovery and make critical architectural trade-off decisions.
• Deliver high-quality, low-defect software while mentoring junior engineers through code reviews and pairing.
• Champion practical AI-assisted development practices to accelerate team productivity.
• Participate in technical interviews and contribute to hiring decisions.
• Identify and mitigate risks in system performance and code maintainability.

Requirements

• 6+ years of commercial software development experience with web applications.
• Expertise in React and/or GraphQL.
• Proven track record of leading non-trivial projects from design through delivery.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, cloud technologies, and responsive web design.
• Experience mentoring other engineers and participating in on-call rotations.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and demonstrate fluency with AI tools and workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in the B2B SaaS industry.
• Proficiency with PHP, SQL, NodeJS, NestJS, or Angular.
• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative and rapidly changing environment.
