What you will do

• Design and scale production-grade agentic workflows using Snowflake Cortex and Anthropic Claude.
• Implement multi-agent patterns including planner/worker and delegate/reviewer architectures.
• Own the AI execution layer, including prompt architecture, orchestration, and reusable tool creation via MCP.
• Instrument workflows with tracing, cost attribution, and automated evaluation harnesses.
• Establish governance frameworks, including versioning, audit trails, and human-in-the-loop approval gates.
• Drive solutions from concept to production with documented ROI.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in software engineering or applied AI.
• Must be based in the United States.
• 2+ years building production deployments of agentic AI systems with measurable business outcomes.
• Proficiency in Python and building API-first services with CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, context engineering, and LLM evaluation.
• Demonstrated ability to implement guardrails and human-in-the-loop patterns in production.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Snowflake Cortex (Cortex Agents, Cortex Analyst, Cortex Search).
• Experience integrating Anthropic Claude (Cowork, Code, Skills, MCP) into orchestrated workflows.
• Familiarity with enterprise orchestration tools like Azure Logic Apps or Power Automate.
