What you will do

• Define the architecture of ingestion pipelines and administration tools for the DocGPT platform.
• Design and maintain reliable connectors to internal data sources with robust error-handling and monitoring.
• Lead the development of the platform’s MCP (Model Context Protocol) server.
• Identify and automate bottlenecks in deployment processes to ensure scalability.
• Define observability standards including instrumentation, alerts, and dashboards.
• Mentor junior and mid-level team members on software reliability and tooling best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in developing tools, data pipelines, or internal platforms in production.
• Proficiency in Python for backend services (FastAPI, Flask) and automation.
• Strong experience with AWS (EKS, S3, Lambda, IAM) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Proven track record in designing reliable ingestion pipelines with idempotency and monitoring.
• Experience with GitOps (Flux, Argo CD) and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI).
• Proficiency with observability tools like OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
