Deployment Strategist (Blockchain Intelligence)

Location: Remote within the United States. Core overlap is required during North America business hours. Occasional travel within the United States and Canada is required for customer visits, trainings, and conferences.

On-call coverage is approximately one weekend per month after ramp, with urgent customer issues checked through Slack and Intercom.

What you will do

• Advise a portfolio of law enforcement customers on using TRM platforms to investigate money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion, and illicit funds.
• Deliver product onboarding, blockchain, and investigative training, including customer webinars.
• Help customers adopt new investigative workflows and build stronger cases.
• Represent the Voice of the Customer to Product and Engineering and influence the product roadmap.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and TRM Academy on renewals, expansion, and strategic accounts.
• Monitor customer health, escalate risks, and respond to customer-blocking issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in public-sector work, ideally law enforcement, financial crime, or a related investigative capacity.
• Experience supporting active investigations involving money laundering, financial crime, sanctions evasion, and fraud.
• Hands-on experience with blockchain analysis and virtual currencies, preferably in an investigative context.
• Demonstrated applied AI fluency, including building or automating a workflow beyond basic document summarization.
• Ability to use AI tools to scale customer operations while recognizing when direct human engagement is required.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States during North America business hours and travel occasionally within the United States and Canada.
