Fund Controller (Private Credit)

What you will do

• Take ownership of a portfolio of private credit fund structures, ensuring efficient operational and financial oversight.
• Review quarterly NAVs, financial statements, investor allocations, management fees, and distribution calculations.
• Monitor fund liquidity, cash forecasting, and treasury activities.
• Partner with investment teams on transactions, fund launches, and capital activity.
• Manage relationships with third-party fund administrators, custodians, and auditors.
• Prepare board papers and present fund updates to governance committees.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CPA)
• Significant experience in private credit and direct lending
• Strong technical fund accounting and fund control expertise
• Excellent understanding of fund structures, legal documentation, and fund operations
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
