Location: Must be based in or able to work from Bellevue (WA), Chicago (IL), or Toronto (ON). This is a hybrid role.

Salary: $112,000 – $181,500 USD/CAD (depending on location and experience).

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Support to ensure successful product launches.
• Establish and maintain launch processes, timelines, and best practice guidelines company-wide.
• Drive alignment on key decisions and remove blockers to meet launch readiness criteria.
• Identify and implement operational enhancements to improve launch efficiency and innovation.
• Track and communicate key performance metrics to senior leadership to guide business decisions.
• Act as an advisor for GTM and operational teams to anticipate risks and provide mitigation paths.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in program/project management, product launches, or product strategy.
• Comprehensive understanding of the full product launch lifecycle.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior management and diverse stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to drive accountability across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience working closely with technical teams.
