Senior Software Engineer (IAM, AI)

Location: Must be based in the United States (Bellevue, WA)

Salary: $200,000 – $287,500

What you will do

• Design and implement AI security capabilities for controlled and audited agent workflows.
• Develop identity and access management features, including integration with next-generation identity providers.
• Build scalable authorization frameworks for fine-grained access control across millions of users and objects.
• Develop secure data sharing and access solutions for internal and external applications.
• Lead large-scale projects, including technical planning, execution, and code reviews.
• Guide team members through high-quality design decisions and mentorship.

Requirements

• 7+ years of industry experience in designing and supporting large-scale distributed systems in production.
• Strong development skills in Java, C#, or C++.
• Deep knowledge of identity and access management concepts (authentication, authorization).
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with industry-standard security protocols like SAML, SCIM, OAuth, OIDC, Federation, and RBAC.
• Experience with database internals, query engines, and optimizers.
