Salary: £34,000 + 10% discretionary bonus.

What you will do
- Independently own and manage a portfolio of client accounts from signature onwards.
- Drive product adoption and customer health to ensure long-term client retention.
- Project manage client onboarding to meet time-to-value targets.
- Prepare high-quality insight decks and run training sessions to influence marketing strategies.
- Identify adoption risks and execute mitigation plans to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with product and partnership teams to provide feedback and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
- Curious and proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Interest in emerging technologies and the application of AI.
