TL;DR

Customer Success Coordinator (Graduate Programme): Managing a portfolio of retail client accounts to drive product adoption and retention with an accent on data-driven insights and relationship building. Focus on onboarding new clients, executing adoption playbooks, and collaborating cross-functionally to solve complex customer challenges.

Location: Must be based in London, UK (In-person Assessment Centre and interviews required).

Salary: £34,000 + 10% discretionary bonus.

What you will do

  • Independently own and manage a portfolio of client accounts from signature onwards.
  • Drive product adoption and customer health to ensure long-term client retention.
  • Project manage client onboarding to meet time-to-value targets.
  • Prepare high-quality insight decks and run training sessions to influence marketing strategies.
  • Identify adoption risks and execute mitigation plans to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product and partnership teams to provide feedback and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
  • Curious and proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Interest in emerging technologies and the application of AI.
