What you will do

• Provide technical support and maintenance for flight simulation and automotive test systems.
• Perform mechanical hands-on activities, including overhauls and repairs of electro-mechanical and electrohydraulic systems.
• Diagnose complex technical issues and implement effective solutions at customer sites.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify commercial opportunities and develop proposals.
• Ensure proper documentation and configuration control for the global installed base.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary problem-solving and service development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or MBO with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong diagnostic skills for complex technical problems.
• Proficiency with software tools, service applications, and configuration databases.
• Must be willing to travel frequently (up to 80%), including weekends and evenings.
• Effective communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work under machine breakdown conditions and provide extended support hours.
