Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to the Netherlands (targeting candidates from Portugal)

Salary: €3,000–€4,200 gross monthly

What you will do

• Install automated aluminium doors and mount drives, panels, and mechanical components on board superyachts.
• Connect, check, and test control systems to perform final commissioning.
• Conduct global service, maintenance, and troubleshooting for systems worldwide.
• Execute new-build projects at shipyards located in the Netherlands and across Europe.
• Support service projects primarily in the Mediterranean region and the Caribbean.
• Collaborate with shipyards, subcontractors, and yacht crews to ensure maximum quality.

Requirements

• Technical education in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with mechanical assemblies, drives, and automated control systems.
• Basic electrical knowledge and ability to connect and test technical systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and installation documentation.
• Valid category B driving licence.
• English: B2 proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with aluminium, stainless steel, or other metal components.
• Background in shipbuilding, yacht refit, marine service, or machine building.
