What you will do
- Configure hotel accounts in backend systems and manage proper branding accuracy.
- Resolve operational tickets related to registration cards, authorization forms, and messaging.
- Coordinate and schedule onboarding and training sessions for new customers.
- Support high-volume rollout initiatives and configuration projects.
- Assist guests in real-time with remote check-in experiences and troubleshooting operational issues.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase overall team efficiency.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, success, operations, or hospitality.
- Must be based in LATAM.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM systems and ticketing platforms.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, based on operational needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in hotel front desk operations.
- Familiarity with PMS systems (e.g., Opera) or similar tools.
