What you will do

• Lead the design and development of core backend components for a large-scale SaaS platform using Python.
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs and highly available management services.
• Implement scalable distributed systems and intelligent network data-path processing.
• Engineer a new large-scale analytics database from the ground up to ingest high-volume security signals.
• Provide architectural guidance, contribute to in-depth code reviews, and mentor other engineers.
• Champion engineering best practices, system reliability, and maintainable code.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building and operating complex production backend systems.
• Expert-level Python skills with a track record of delivering commercial-grade software.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude code or Devin.
• Demonstrated expertise in system design for data-intensive or distributed systems.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and event-driven architectures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
