What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain highly scalable backend components and orchestration services.
• Provide technical leadership for complex projects and contribute to system architecture.
• Deliver high-quality user experiences through robust API-based integrations.
• Review functional requirements to identify gaps and propose effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end ownership and delivery.
• Leverage engineering best practices to maintain high standards of code quality and system resilience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering enterprise-ready cloud-based systems.
• Proficiency in Python with deep knowledge of OOP, system design, and Linux.
• Hands-on experience with public cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
• Experience developing scalable microservices architectures and data engineering technologies.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, monitoring, and testing strategies.
• Must be based in Tel Aviv to work from our central office.

Nice to have

• Experience with RabbitMQ, ClickHouse, Airflow, Spark, or Elasticsearch.
• Proactive experimentation and advocacy for AI tools in production workflows.
